Shipping and Return Policy
2 USD is the fixed delivery price anywhere in the world with no minimum purchase and any weight. Products are shipped from France.
The delivery is made in economy letter without tracking.
Here are the approximate delivery times for some regions of the world.
France 1-2 business days.
Europe 4-5 business days.
United States and Canada 8-10 business days.
South America and Asia 7-10 days.
We ship our stickers the day after the purchase (Monday if the purchase is made during the weekend).
Shipping costs in tracked mail : 4 euros for any destination and any weight.
Ready-to-ware products are printed on demand in US, Mexico and Spain. They are shipped from the stock depending on buyer' location.
Shipping is calculated at checkout (generally 4-5 usd for US' buyers).
Printing time is 2-4 days.
We replace items if you missed your iron on. To prove it please send us a picture of your failed iron on (undamaged sticker)
We will send you the same product free of charge.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
RETURN and EXCHANGE
Have you missed the transfer of your iron-on sticker? No problem! Just send us a picture of the missed sticker and we will send you a new one free of charge.
To be refunded you can send us back the unused sticker without time limit (shipping costs are at your expense).
